Students are now able to print on cut on the new printer and cricut. They love making stickers. Most of my students have a side hustle they need to promote and stickers, fliers and business cards are a great way to do it. They stand alone \"cut and Print\" station empowers the students to design, print their creations and then cut all from one computer. They have the power to do it all on their own. This also allows the teachers more time to help in the creative process rather than the technical process. The students have enjoyed being able to use their technology to foster their skills and support their ability to be creative, to collaborate, and to develop independent learning. \r\n\r\nThese tools have helped to create a hands-on and engaging environment for use for their academics as well as help to expand on their digital literacy skills in order to prepare them for real-world use of technology. The tablets are providing access to learning management systems allowing them to work at their own pace. The mini printers are providing access to immediate, tangible pictures and reminders that help to reinforce learning and adds value to how they process information, while the tripod helps to record presentations, practice speeches, and encourages self-reflection to help build communication skills.
