My students and after-school athletes were so excited to see our new volleyball and soccer equipment, and we have been using it constantly ever since. The new volleyball nets have been especially wonderful because they stay up and are no longer ripped, making it easier for students to practice their skills and enjoy playing the game. Even fellow staff members have noticed the difference and shared how much they love the new nets!\r\n\r\nOur new equipment has made a difference in both our PE classes and after-school sports programs. Students are able to practice their volleyball and soccer skills, work together as teammates, and build confidence while staying active. They love the equipment so much that they even ask to use it during breaks and lunch! Seeing students excited to be active and eager to play has been one of the best parts of receiving these resources.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, we will continue using our new equipment throughout our volleyball and soccer units and during after-school athletics. Students will have more opportunities to develop their skills, learn the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship, and discover activities they may enjoy for a lifetime. They loved choosing their own duck, giving it a personality, and making it part of our \"Duck, Duck, Belong\" classroom community.\r\nThe gel pens, pencils, and Post-it paper have also helped make our activities more creative and engaging.\r\n\r\nNext, we will continue using our ducks for writing prompts, reflections, and community-building activities throughout the year. It has been wonderful to see something so simple bring so much excitement and personality into our classroom.
