Thank you for being such an integral part of this experiential learning day.\r\n\r\nThis day was filled with us wearing holiday pajamas, reading new Gingerbread read-alouds, and allowing students to \"Think Like an Engineer\" as we built gingerbread houses 2D and 3D style. Seeing the students collaborate on their chart paper drawings and then bring those designs to life with icing and gumdrops was a highlight of the year.\r\n\r\nThe photos from our decorated backdrop look amazing, but the real magic was seeing the laughter and STEAM principles in action. The students were so excited to open these WikiStix and tissues. Students use the Wikistix to create shapes and letters in their TK classes. Students built creations with the tissues and Wikistix to explore the wind and shadows outside during science centers.
