Choice Days. These days allow students to select their preferred activities, and yoga and stretching sessions have emerged as popular options. Many students have expressed excitement about having the opportunity to unwind and focus on flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. The addition of these tools has provided them with an accessible way to explore wellness practices that extend beyond traditional sports.\r\n\r\nFor some students, this was their first experience with yoga or foam rolling, and the positive impact was immediate. One student shared how using the foam rollers helped alleviate muscle tension after a challenging week, while another said the yoga sessions gave them a much-needed mental break and helped improve their focus.
