I have had 3D printers in my classroom for the past three years, and the students absolutely love the various projects that they can create with them. On almost a daily basis the students interact with the machines or the items printed from them, either during 3D print classes, choosing a 3D print as a classroom reward, or receiving one of the 3D prints from our classroom claw machine.\r\n\r\nThe machines are often in so much use that we run through materials very quickly. Having all of these new 3D print colors has been incredibly exciting for my students and they have loved exploring all of the colors available to them. We begin our next round of after school 3D print classes this week and I just know the students are gonna have a great time with their new materials. These materials have quickly become a favorite among my students and are making a lasting impact in our classes. With the new goals, students are able to play structured games, practice teamwork, and engage in more dynamic soccer drills. The pop-up design makes it easy to set up and take down, which allows us to use the equipment in a variety of activities throughout the day.\r\n\r\nThe excitement on my students' faces when we introduced the new equipment was priceless. Many of them now look forward to soccer days as a chance to challenge themselves, work together, and build their skills. These goals and soccer balls have not only encouraged physical fitness, but they have also promoted cooperation, sportsmanship, and perseverance—skills my students will carry beyond the field.\r\n\r\nWe are so grateful for your support in helping us create a fun, active, and engaging environment where students can thrive.","fullyFundedDate":1751987705475,"projectUrl":"project/soccer-fun-on-the-run/9342709/","projectTitle":"Soccer Fun on the Run","teacherDisplayName":"Coach Filice","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9198046_orig.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1747679843027","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/lindsay-filice"},{"teacherId":9198046,"projectId":9474489,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous donation of magnetic blocks and tiles for our STEAM program. These materials have quickly become a favorite in my classroom, sparking creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork in ways that traditional lessons simply can't. Students use the blocks to design and build structures, explore concepts like balance and symmetry, and test ideas through hands-on experimentation. Whether they are creating bridges, towers, or imaginative 3D models, the blocks invite them to think critically, collaborate with peers, and apply science and math concepts in meaningful ways.\r\n\r\nThe impact has been inspiring. I've watched students who are usually hesitant to participate jump into group challenges with excitement, and I've seen natural leaders emerge as they guide their peers in planning and building. These materials provide opportunities for every child to contribute, regardless of their academic strengths, and help them experience the joy of discovery. The confidence and problem-solving skills they are gaining through STEAM activities are already transferring into other areas of learning.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has given my students tools that make learning active, engaging, and fun. These books have become a powerful tool in my small reading groups, helping students strengthen the essential building blocks of reading — from recognizing letter sounds to blending words with confidence.\r\n\r\nEach day, I use the books to guide targeted, hands-on lessons with my students. Because the materials are leveled and skill-focused, I can match each child with exactly what they need — whether it's practicing short vowel sounds, decoding blends, or reading fluently with expression. The engaging stories keep them motivated, and the consistent structure allows them to apply what they've learned right away.\r\n\r\nThe impact has been remarkable. I've seen hesitant readers begin to read aloud with excitement, and students who once struggled to sound out words are now eager to tackle new ones. Their smiles when they realize, \"I can read this by myself!\" are the best measure of the difference your support has made.\r\n\r\nYour generosity is giving my students the gift of confidence, skill, and a lifelong love for reading.","fullyFundedDate":1746786886775,"projectUrl":"project/empowering-young-readers-phonics-skill-/9227801/","projectTitle":"Empowering Young Readers: Phonics Skill-Building Book Sets for Early Literacy","teacherDisplayName":"Coach Filice","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9198046_orig.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1747679843027","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/lindsay-filice"},{"teacherId":9198046,"projectId":8767376,"letterContent":"Thank you for your generous donation of a Bluetooth speaker for our elementary Physical Education program.
