My 20 third grade students are an amazing group of individuals who are able to be present in class, and do well in school, even though many of them face difficulties at home. These students are sweet, loving, responsible, caring, and motivated to achieve. These students attend a very high poverty Title 1 school in California. The majority of the students are EL, and over half of the 700 students of the school recieve free or reduced lunches.
