The SKLZ limited-flight practice baseballs have made it possible for us to create a safer and more controlled environment for skill development, while the GoSports weighted training baseballs give our players opportunities to work on strength, power, and proper hitting mechanics.\r\n\r\nThe students have especially enjoyed seeing how different types of baseballs can be used for different training purposes. They have been able to take more swings, receive feedback, make adjustments, and immediately try again. This has helped students understand that improvement comes through purposeful practice and perseverance. It has also allowed me to provide more individualized instruction because students can work on specific areas of their game with the appropriate training equipment.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to continue incorporating these resources into our hitting and pitching practices as our student-athletes prepare for upcoming games.
