{"monthlySchoolDonationEnabled":false,"callToActionDisplayName":"Pulaski Heights Elementary School","outOfStateSupporters":17.6,"allowSchoolLevelGiving":true,"hasFundedProjects":true,"projectGratitudeData":[{"teacherId":10341854,"projectId":9875693,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for supporting our school's fine arts program!\r\nThe materials you purchased for us were used to create original artworks for our annual Winter Holiday Musical and Art Show at Pulaski Heights Elementary School. 2nd and 3rd grade students made glowing winter trees using the chalk pastels and paper that you so generously donated to our art room, along with other supplies that we already had. 4 total classes of about 25 students each were able to use these art supplies to make artwork for presentation in our school community. That is 100 students! \r\nEach class worked as a whole group to make their individual works of art. Students were led step-by-step through the project. They traced the outline of their winter tree using chalk pastels and spread the dust to the edge of their papers using a paper towel. This was VERY EXCITING to the students! They loved seeing the colors blend together and darken the background of their artwork. Every student in every class was totally engaged while making this project. As we begin 2026, all PHE students will be making year of the horse artwork inspired by Swedish Dala horses.
