The maps have been a great invitation for students to share their stories with enthusiasm. Some of my students have lived in 3 or 4 countries. They keep adding to the map. Just today one of the students wrote, \"My mom's sister is from Jordan and added it to the laminated posted map. \r\n\r\nThe carpet has been a phenomenal addition to our classroom since I have a group of 7 kindergarteners. I hope you enjoy the photos of the students who wrote a thank you for the carpet since it was their favorite item. I facilitate read-alouds, guided reading, songs and movement activities on the carpet. It has transformed their space!\r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity, the 4th and 5th graders are motivated to be focused and successful with their learning targets, so they can have hands-on explorations such as the more advanced electricity kit. \r\n\r\nThank you again for your generosity.
