Thanks to your generosity, we now have deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, body spray, floss, and other personal care items available for students who may need them during the school day.\r\n\r\nThese resources have helped us create a supportive space where students can take care of their personal hygiene privately and respectfully. One of the most meaningful moments has been seeing students feel comfortable asking for an item they need. Instead of worrying about not having something at home or feeling embarrassed around their classmates, they know that our school has resources available to help them feel clean, refreshed, and confident.\r\n\r\nLiving in Arizona, our students experience many very hot days, so having access to hygiene products can make a big difference, especially after recess, PE, and outdoor activities. The supplies are helping us teach students that taking care of themselves is an important part of growing up and developing healthy habits.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to continue encouraging healthy hygiene routines and personal responsibility while making these supplies available to students throughout the school year. Most importantly, we want our students to know that their school is a place where they are cared for and supported. When students feel comfortable and confident, they can focus their energy on learning, participating, and being successful.\r\n\r\nThank you for helping us provide more than just hygiene supplies. You have helped us give our students confidence, dignity, and the reassurance that their school community is here to support them.","fullyFundedDate":1789603741701,"projectUrl":"project/fresh-confident-ready-to-shine/10633877/","projectTitle":"Fresh, Confident & Ready to Shine!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Escalante","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp2577097_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1504566832628","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/2577097"},{"teacherId":2577097,"projectId":10488153,"letterContent":"Our new 3D printers have brought so much excitement and curiosity to our students!
