With my new computer, I'm able to plan more dynamic lessons, quickly adapt materials to meet student needs, and use digital tools that provide immediate feedback and targeted practice. One of the most exciting additions for students has been our Cricut machine, which allows me to create customized labels, visual supports, and hands-on learning materials that make our classroom more organized, accessible, and visually engaging.\r\nBeyond technology, the added classroom supplies such as math manipulatives, fresh pencils and markers, and clearly labeled storage bins have helped students take greater ownership of their learning. Having consistent access to hands-on tools allows students to better understand abstract math concepts, while an organized classroom setup helps them stay focused and independent.\r\nI've especially noticed students who benefit from visual and hands-on learning becoming more confident and eager to participate. Some of my quieter or more hesitant learners are now more willing to try new tasks because the materials feel approachable and supportive. Overall, these resources have helped create a classroom environment that is more engaging, organized, and responsive to student needs, which directly supports both academic growth and student confidence.","fullyFundedDate":1768161580763,"projectUrl":"project/ms-fields-classroom/9907197/","projectTitle":"Ms. Fields Classroom","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Fields","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-3_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10355285"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_60148","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":464,"numTeachers":28,"percentFrplEligible":35,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":6,"percentWhite":55,"percentIndigenous":4,"percentLatinx":26,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"16.6:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":false,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_MIDSIZE"},"inStateSupporters":57.0,"schoolId":60148,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Navajo Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Navajo Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/arizona/scottsdale-unified-school-district/navajo-elementary-school/60148"}
