With the new resources, we've been able to dive deep into hands-on activities that engage their curiosity and creativity. For example, we recently started a science unit on plants, and thanks to your generous donations, we were able to get a variety of seeds, soil, and pots. The students were thrilled when they first saw the materials; their eyes lit up with excitement as they realized they would get to plant their own seeds and observe their growth over time.\r\n\r\nWhen we began the planting activity, the classroom was buzzing with energy. The kids eagerly took turns filling the pots with soil and planting their seeds, asking questions and sharing their thoughts about what plants need to grow. It was a beautiful moment to witness their enthusiasm and teamwork.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, our next steps involve caring for the plants and documenting their growth in a science journal. The students will measure their plants, draw observations, and even write about the changes they see each week. This project not only enhances their understanding of science but also fosters a sense of responsibility and connection to nature.
