Our report makes the news, and gives high school students a hands on experience in processing and preserving Alaskan meat. We were able to spend an entire week processing and using the meat that we got. The grinder was a big part of the process, putting over 100lbs of burger into our students home freezers!!!\r\n\r\nConclusion:\r\nIn conclusion, I just want to say thank you for giving my students this opportunity. It was one of the highlights of their school year, and I am grateful to be able to be granted the educational tag to do this. After doing this for the second time this year, students are already asking how to get in my class for next year.
