My lower level students are learning how to see a historical event through a child's point of view. My on-level students are learning to analyze characters and their motives. My upper level students are learning how to define the author's underlying moral within the story. The books are a perfect size to fit our photos and use the papers in a creative way. This is something my students will have to keep and look back at their 3rd-grade year. I love that they will remember school in a positive way and can share all the fun we had with others.
