Because of you, our classroom now has a beautiful, bright new rug that has already become the heart of our learning space. Many of my students this year are former students from previous grade levels, and they know that the rug is where we gather for lessons, team-building activities, read-alouds, and community time. When they walked in on Meet the Teacher night and saw the new rug, their faces lit up instantly. They couldn't believe how cozy and colorful it was, and the joy in that moment was unforgettable.\r\n\r\nBefore school even officially began, we had our first book reading together on the rug, setting the tone for the year ahead. Already building new memories.
