All of the students enjoy being able to participate and practice math skills at the same time using the white boards and markers. We begin math every morning with our boards in hand practicing previously taught skills. Students smile and are excited when they get the problems correct and enjoy having multiple opportunities for practice. They LOVE when their board is shown off for having the correct answer and feel proud when they are completing the work correctly problem after problem. Students also get to use the LCD drawing tablets daily when completing independent math lessons on the computer. I pull students that struggled with the math lesson of the day in a small group and use white boards to review the skills. The rest of the class works independently on an online math lesson that matches the lesson taught in class. Students always have a table in hand to draw out their work. I appreciate you helping me supply my students with the tools they need to be all in and show what they know everyday. It's also so great for the writing process as we can use the chart paper to write and display around the room. Every teacher that comes in compliments us on how beautiful the table is! \r\n\r\n We use it for small group learning with lessons students are struggling with, specific reading groups to target students individual needs, or just a make up worksheet when someone was absent. \r\n\r\nWe also use the table as a place to do individual testing. We have to do running records monthly as well as dibels testing a few times a year. This table gives students more privacy to complete their tests in a quieter space away from distractions.
