The resources we were able to get have made a significant difference in the lives of students. They have been used in tandem with our STEM curriculum and also as alternative activities. \r\n\r\nThe Matatalab kit was used just last week to introduce PreK and Kindergarten students to coding. They read the story, How to Code A Sandcastle, and then engaged in a hands on coding experience. The students loved having the opportunity to replicate the process shown in the story. Now, that they've had an introduction, they will have opportunities to code in small groups. \r\n\r\nOur 4th and 5th Graders have been using MakeDo tools to engage in the Engineering Design Process. They are one of the most popular activities when we have Student Choice time.
