They were brand new so they were comfortable and nap time was a breeze! We offer nap time at our program as a way to allow the children to unwind and get some rest. Instead I had to choose another item for the classroom and after talking to the other staff in my room and the students we chose to replace one of our block shelves that was starting to fall apart. Even though this is not the item the project was for we were so excited about being able to purchase this new piece of furniture. \r\nOur students were super excited about the new shelf for our blocks because it allowed us to give them access to a larger variety of building materials. Our hope is to still try for a new art shelf in the future and hope that it gets funded and there are no shipping issues. I love watching my students' faces every time we get a new project funded and bring in new materials or furniture into our classroom.
