My students have been so excited to choose the trampoline as one of their movement break options! Waipahu Elementary is a Title 1 school, which means that a large number of our students come from low-income families. Our school hosts a monthly food pantry for our students to take home fresh food and healthy snacks. This can be difficult for my kindergarten students to carry back to the classroom.
