We were able to purchase several copies of The Wild Robot and the two other titles in this series. The books currently live in our new books section, and they are constantly in circulation. Our third grade teacher is reading the book with her class, so her students are particularly enthusiastic about checking out these titles to read along.\r\n\r\nYour contribution also funded materials to repair damaged and worn books. We've used these tools in the library, and also to provide training to new librarians in the district. Students are able to keep hydrated during the day and work is kept dry. Students loved the water bottles and enjoyed personalizing them with stickers. \r\n Having the water bottles saved time to the refill station giving students more time to improve academic skills. Water stayed cool and fresh also limiting time to the refill station. \r\n Having these water bottles also helped to teach responsibility, we still had some temporarily lost. Having the water bottles the same color also made it easy to having the water bottles returned to their owner.
