I know headphones aren't exciting or attention-grabbing, but some of these students have to wear them for 2-4 hours a day. This year, our school has banned cell phones and Bluetooth headphones, and zero students (not an exaggeration) own plug-in headphones. Therefore, they have to use and share the most ill-fitting, low-quality ones that we could squeeze into our nonexistent budget. Most students were excited about the improved quality and comfort of these, and the other students are emotionless teenagers.\r\n So, again, I thank you on behalf of my students as they are now able to do their work in greater comfort, and thank you from me as well as I no longer have to hear them complain.\r\n\r\nMore importantly, thank you for caring about kids and doing something to help them behind the scenes, while knowing you will not likely receive the attention and gratitude you deserve.","fullyFundedDate":1772042068272,"projectUrl":"project/at-risk-students-in-need-of-basic-techno/10081636/","projectTitle":"At-Risk Students in Need of Basic Technology","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Weber","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7442114"},{"teacherId":9298367,"projectId":10153108,"letterContent":"Thank you! for helping provide books for our classroom. As you know, it's harder and harder to engage teenagers in whole novels. Books like the ones you provided help.
