We have used these items daily and have been supported by their impact. The students love the bean bag chairs so much that they will work extra hard to ensure they get that privilege. The kick bands have been especially helpful in providing students a means to fidget or move their bodies in a manageable way during stretches of desk-bound work time. The students have been excited to earn the small slime jars as a prize for good behavior and excellent participation.\r\nWhen I first placed the items in the classroom, the students were elated. The bean bag chairs nearly caused a riot, they were so excited. We worked out a system quickly so no one's feelings got hurt, but the effect lasted and they have enjoyed reading in them immensely. I had a small set of kick bands available in my classroom already, but it was not enough to cover all of my desks. Unfortunately, several of my students had gone without this benefit for most of the school year. When they saw their new kickbands, they were extatic, and those particular students have been using them more than the others ever since.\r\nThank you again for your generous donation and your thoughtfulness in providing these items for us.
