A light table is a versatile tool that can be used for everything from open-ended play experiences to arts and crafts, to teaching academic concepts, and more! The light table will enhance learning experiences for my special education students as they learn through their senses, visual, and tactile. The sensory experience for these kids will help them to open up and respond to new concepts and ideas. They will use the light table center with opportunities for science, math, literacy, and writing it will quickly become a powerhouse of learning!
