After our student's book club competition, not only were they recognized, but they were able to take home with them all the knowledge and tools with them for their future. As they prepared for the competition, students were able to utilize the tools provided for them through your donations. They were able to use their book markers to mark up all of their competition books as they read through them. They were also able to take up some of their reading at night time through the use of the book lights. Each center that was created that day, was enjoyed by not just our 8th graders, but our 6th and 7th graders as well. Due to your donations, we were able to share them with beyond the student population this project was intended for. \r\n\r\nThey were children enjoying the hot May days filled with water balloons and outdoor activities. They played volleyball, soccer, tug of war, and all other activities.
