This magazine has been a very important part of our learning over the past few years and my students love mail day when we receive the new magazine each month. I teach 5th grade special education students who learn and think outside of the box and this resource offers us videos, fun and engaging articles, and hands on experiments that my students use to learn the math and science standards. It helps with critical thinking skills and works on social emotional standards learning how to work together, listen to others and solve problems. \r\n\r\nIt is so rewarding as a teacher to see my students thrive with this resource and I am so excited to use it again. When I told my students we were lucky enough to have this funded they all collectively cheered and asked when the first magazine would arrive. My students have completed all of their state testing for the year and have been enjoying completing the science projects within our classroom. I love that they are reproducible also so I will be able to use them with next years 5th graders. \r\n\r\nIt is so great to be able to see the light bulb moments when our students understand the concepts they are taught through experiments. We use these wipes every day for various uses but most importantly, with the cleaning supples, we are able to help our night cleaning crew and get the classroom a little cleaner so there is less for them to do. We spend every day wiping down surfaces in the classroom so our class is ready for each day. My students all have a duty and feel proud when the classroom shines. \r\n\r\nWhen they saw the new package of wipes they were all so very excited knowing we would be able to use them and not have to save. My class was sparkling when we came back from winter break because of them! They are able to show their parents the work they are doing and are happy to turn them back in to their teachers each week. \r\n\r\nThese homework packets have made all the difference with the efforts that are being put forth within my classroom as well. My students now have a sense of accomplishment because they are able to complete work independently. Kindergarten got all the equipment necessary for all students to learn basic new basketball skills.
