They assign a \"Chef\" (which means boss in German) every day who keeps track that every person at their table group keeps speaking German while they are on the German side. Every day a new student is a \"Chef\". He or she decides at the end of the day if and who can get a reward for speaking German. The students either choose a treat or they can put a marble in the marble jar. The marble jar is the reward system where the students can get a class reward when they are able to fill it up. \r\n\r\nWe also got little prices for class rewards.
