When a mama duck laid her eggs in our school courtyard, the Blink cameras allowed us to safely observe from a distance without disturbing her or her babies. Students watched the eggs hatch, followed the ducklings as they grew, and eagerly checked in to see their progress. This project sparked curiosity, encouraged students to ask questions, and created authentic opportunities to learn about animal behavior, life cycles, responsibility, and the importance of respecting wildlife. Watching the ducklings grow and eventually fly off was a special experience our students will remember for years to come. Many students were especially excited about the whiteboard and flexible table areas because they allowed for more interactive learning and collaboration with peers. The bins and caddy cart have also made a big difference by helping students quickly find and return materials independently, which has encouraged responsibility and organization skills.\r\n\r\nAs we continue using these resources, students will keep building independence, collaboration, and organizational habits that support academic success.
