Your contribution has made a tremendous impact on our students, and we could not be more excited to share what is happening in our program.\r\n\r\nSince receiving your books, our students have been devouring them with enthusiasm and passion. They are reading frequently and showing up eager to dive into each new title. What makes us most proud is witnessing their engagement during our group read-alouds. As students take turns reading aloud together, something magical happens. Their voices become more expressive, their emotional connection to the stories deepens, and their ability to read with genuine feeling grows stronger every single week.\r\n\r\nBeyond the reading itself, your books have sparked wonderful conversations among our students. They are exchanging ideas, debating plot points, and connecting with one another over shared stories. These interactions have created a positive, energetic environment where every student feels comfortable being themselves and sharing their thoughts without hesitation. The sense of community and belonging that has developed is truly special.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in our students and in the power of reading. These materials have quickly become an essential part of our daily learning.\r\n\r\nWe use the whiteboards during our math block, especially during small-group rotations and whole-group problem-solving. One powerful moment happened during a recent review of multi-step equations. Instead of working quietly on paper, every student had a board and was actively solving problems simultaneously. I was able to immediately see who understood the concept and who needed support, and students adjusted their thinking in real time. The level of engagement and participation was noticeably higher.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the boards, they were genuinely excited. Several students said things like, \"We get to use THESE every day?\" and immediately started working—even students who sometimes hesitate to participate. The large size makes it easy for them to show their thinking, and the boards have created a more interactive and low-pressure environment where students are willing to take risks and try.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we will continue using the boards as we prepare for our end-of-grade assessments. Students are working through mixed review problems, explaining their thinking, and collaborating with peers. The next step is having students lead more of the discussion- using their boards to model strategies and explain solutions to the class- helping build both confidence and deeper understanding.\r\n\r\nYour support has made our classroom more engaging, interactive, and responsive to student needs.
