There has been less movement and more focus in the classroom. Instead of students asking for a pencil in the middle of learning or walking to the front of the classroom to grab one, they can just pick from the storage bin on their desk. With the large poster paper my students were able to graph functions that represent slope graphs, which is an important visual foundation for the understanding of calculus topics. I've referenced the posters many times are we move through units, reminding students of the meaning of the dots on the large graphs and helping them build connections between the different units, and reconfirming previous knowledge.\r\n\r\nThe project also provided my classroom with student whiteboards, which students have enjoyed working on to show their thinking (and their creative sides with doodles as well!).\r\n\r\nWe greatly appreciate your contribution to classroom supplies and organization materials that make learning more efficient within the challenging topic of advanced math, visuals really help to solidify understanding and are a great help in the learning progression throughout the school year.
