The kids are excited to workout and use the new racks we received. We are grateful that we have this opportunity to have the space and equipment to teach proper form and get strong at the Jr. High. The kids now have the space and equipment to get work done in a shorter time and lift safer. \r\n\r\n With the extra racks we are no longer crowded fighting for rack space. Before school starts or during class time. It was always hard to make sure everyone got the full workout complete in the time we had. With many excited kids to start lifting. Many would lose interest or start playing around, because there were too many in one rack. Now, that there is more space to workout. Our kids are able to finish the workout without rushing, and coaches are able to see each lift. The weight room has been a safer place to lift and teach each lift. \r\n\r\n The weight room has been such a blessing for these kids. With limited weight room options in a small town. This has been a wonderful place to teach and help the kids get a stronger body, life, and mind. With the new equipment and a safe area to lift. Kids can get a complete workout to help further their athletic abilities. It saves time in class and helps the students be prepared for each class period.\r\n Pencils are an essential tool for learning.
