Math is used every single day in life. Some kids really struggle with math concepts and view math as intimidating. When students have fun while they are learning it lessens the anxiety that can come with mastering math concepts. Strategy games are not only enjoyable for students, they also help them learn their math without even knowing it! The addition of these games to my classroom will enhance students' opportunities to practice their critical thinking skills in a variety of ways. They will also increase student interest by allowing them free choice.

About my class
