Reading is a huge part of our 3rd grade classroom. This is a pivotal year for students. We spend a big portion of our time reading, and that comes in many different forms. \r\n\r\nThese books will be used to read books as a class as we do several novel studies for the first time in their lives. We will use the information to have in depth book discussions where we not only summarize what we are reading, we answer questions about what we read, and also learn grammar with these books. They will be used to expand the students knowledge and vocabulary. \r\n\r\nBy using our books in so many different ways, I hope to instill a lifelong love of reading to my students. Your generosity will be a huge contributor to helping the kids grow.
