I was also able to purchase a case of copy paper that is like gold. These items alone allow me to help my class be more organized and prepared than if only some of the students had these items. It puts everyone on an even playing field from day one. They have all of the same materials to help them learn how important it is for taking notes and putting important papers into the correct folders so they can complete work for grades instead of stuffing the work in the desk to be destroyed or lost. They are learning the value or organization and completing their work.
