The carpet instantly made our classroom feel more welcoming and safe, and students were eager to use it as our new meeting spot.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, we will continue using the carpet as our learning hub for reading discussions, math talks, and social-emotional lessons. Students will practice listening to one another, taking turns speaking, and building confidence when sharing ideas.
