They could hardly wait! My students were so surprised to see the all the different kinds of engaging, fresh and new books come to life in our daily lessons. In just the short time that we've been reading from these awesome books the children have learned about characters, settings, problems and solutions. I filled the bathrooms with hygiene items and some were given to students that had asked in the past. Spray deodorant and body sprays were placed in the bathroom areas with special notes. The secretary was stocked with Chapstick since this is a common request. The high school counselor and I added the remaining items to our Care Closet for student to get whenever they have a need.
