The books that I have chosen for our classroom will enable students to have access to a greater variety of materials to read. These are books that my students love and have asked for and have been unable to find in our school library. Most of my students are avid readers, although the pandemic has certainly affected their reading negatively. Any additions that I can use to create excited readers will be very beneficial. Besides new reading material, my students need engaging activities and games to involve them during both indoor and outdoor recess. We have very limited access to any of these. The activities I have chosen will challenge them both by using fine motor skills and sharpening their mental skills. Your donations will truly be appreciated by both my students and myself!
