Many students had never used equipment like yoga mats or resistance bands before, so the room filled with curiosity and energy as they explored the new tools. Several students said the equipment made them feel \"like real athletes,\" and others were eager to test their strength and balance.\r\n\r\nNext, students will be using the equipment to build their personal fitness plans.
