During reading time, they are able to curl up with a good book in a comfortable spot, which makes reading even more enjoyable. One special moment has been seeing small groups gather together on the bean bags to read the same book and discuss what's happening in the story. It's creating a cozy, welcoming space that encourages both independent reading and collaboration.\r\n\r\nWhen the students walked in and saw the new couch and bean bags, their faces absolutely lit up. It's one of their favorite spots in our classroom. \r\n\r\nRight now, our class is working on building reading stamina and exploring different genres. Having this inviting reading area motivates students to spend more time engaged in books. Our next steps include starting small book clubs where groups of students will read the same text and then meet in the library area to share their thoughts, make predictions, and ask questions about what they're reading. These new resources will make those group discussions even more engaging.","fullyFundedDate":1750774686837,"projectUrl":"project/comfy-cozy-seating/9403781/","projectTitle":"Comfy & Cozy Seating","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Snyder","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10052594"},{"teacherId":6490983,"projectId":8815674,"letterContent":"These books have made a huge impact on my students' enjoyment of reading.
