You helped us buy the items we needed to build our \"Study Spot,\" where students can come to work during class. When students arrive, they are able to select from a number of tools they can use to help them get \"locked in\" and complete their work. We weren't sure how it would go once the space was all set up; however, we have been very pleasantly surprised! Since our first official day, we have had over 600 individual student sign-ins. Kids are electing to come to the Study Spot when their classrooms are too loud or active, and they are GETTING THEIR WORK DONE!! There are students who rarely finish their work in class who have used the space to get caught up on almost all of their missing work and now have passing grades. I only wish that you could see the look of satisfaction when a student signs out with a completed assignment to turn in.
