At the beginning of the school year, the students get \"piano free play\" time where they explore unrestricted for an established amount of time. The students are thrilled to go to piano stations, more than before to sit on their comfortable benches. It is currently the favorite of the seating in the room even when they are not playing piano and want a break. \r\n\r\nThey will soon start reading piano music and this is just the beginning of a better relationship with music education. \r\n\r\nThank you for your contributions. Because of your generous donations, our Special Education class received brand new microscopes just in time to study plant and animal cells!\r\nOur students were able to learn all about the parts of the cell. They got to observe a variety of different cells including nerve and cheek cells from humans!\r\n\r\nThen, after they were confident in identifying all the parts, we made \"Edible Cells\" using all different kinds of candy. The kids were beyond excited to share their projects with their friends and loved ones!\r\nAgain, without generous people like you, this would not have been possible.
