Before I only had about 5 books and only a few could enjoy this wonderful book. Now my whole class can read and enjoy it. In years past several students came up to me after reading the book and told me they saw a lot of the main character in them. That the main character is not perfect, has hurdles to jump and over comes them. It is very inspiring book and puts a spin on over coming and not blaming others or blames others for their short comings. Its very inspiring and a feel good book with a good message. A good message for students and teachers. In the book the main character works with an amazing teacher and he helps her during the journey on learning how to read, even though the main character is in 6th grade.\r\n\r\nAgain, thank you for taking the time and money to help my classroom out.
