These items have helped students focus their energy and has allowed them to navigate their emotions through the use of hand-held items like the playdoh and desk pets.\r\n\r\nThe lights around our whiteboards and the light-up trees have helped create a calming atmosphere that feels welcoming and safe for students. This allows students to focus on learning and not any negative thoughts or what may be happening outside of their \"safe space\".\r\n\r\nWe will never be able to thank you enough and I feel that these words will not do our gratitude justice.
