This has allowed me to have resources to discuss different emotions and coping strategies in a more child-led, play based environment. My students are much more willing and engaged in tasks that include the emotion coin sorter, emotion plushies, and feeling cards. \r\n\r\nAdditionally, your funding of this project has given me more sensory based resources and activities to improve children's attention span due to sensory thresholds being met. I have been able to provide teachers more sensory objects to trial within the classroom with positive responses from both students and teachers.
