We have been able to use them in our MTSS groups where the students work on decoding and encoding words. My students were so excited to have a fun space to gather and learn together. They even brought friends to see the new rug in our room! It has also inspired other staff members to upgrade their teaching space for their students through their own Donors Choose projects.\r\n\r\nOne of my learning groups practices reading comprehension skills. The students worked hard on creating a Canva presentation to show the different settings of a story we were reading. Once they completed their presentations, we gathered on our new rug and each student presented their project. It was nice to have a comfortable space to do this. I then printed their presentations and displayed them in the hallway.
