This support means my students will make significant progress in reading, with the right tools to guide them. Thanks to your generous donation, my students have moved beyond guessing words—they are truly reading them!\r\nThe introduction of alphabet pop its, sound mapping materials, and decodable readers has revolutionized our small group literacy instruction. We began the year with a focus on explicit, systematic instruction in letter names and sounds. The little kid mirrors have been instrumental in helping my students visualize correct sound formation. As we advanced, we utilized materials from the Science of Reading kits to systematically teach segmenting and blending words. Now, my students are mapping phonemes to graphemes (sounds to letters) and confidently reading the beginner BOB books you provided.\r\nMy English Language learners, along with the rest of my students, are experiencing remarkable growth through these engaging, hands-on learning tools.
