My students gladly work cooperatively to solve the mysteries. It's a lot of fun. All of the supplies are being enjoyed and are appreciated. The pens, journals, and chart paper are part of our everyday activities for brainstorming, planning, and writing. The Tumbleweeds Writing Dice Game is fun, and we've used them a few times already to create totally random stories. It's pretty cool.\r\n\r\nThe microphones have been used to share writing, and the students are comfortable using them. We have also used the microphones to interview interesting people abroad, and students pass around the microphones to ask questions. I'm impressed by the thoughtful interactions.
