Your generosity has already made a difference for my English Language Learners. Every day, my students use the sensory tools, fidget toys, playdough, bubbles, and prize box to help them stay calm, focused, and excited about learning. One moment that really stood out was during a speaking activity when one of my quieter students volunteered to answer a question in English for the first time. Afterward, they proudly chose a prize from our prize box with the biggest smile on their face. It was such a special reminder that even small acts of encouragement can help build confidence.\r\n\r\nWhen I introduced the new materials, the excitement in the room was contagious. My students couldn't wait to explore everything, and they immediately began asking how they could earn a chance to choose a prize. These simple items have become powerful tools for creating a classroom where students feel safe to make mistakes, celebrate their progress, and cheer each other on. Seeing their smiles and growing confidence each day has been the best gift.\r\n\r\nAs we continue learning together, we'll use these resources during reading, writing, vocabulary, and conversation activities. My students are becoming more willing to take risks with English because they know their effort is recognized and celebrated. Thank you for believing in my students and helping create a classroom where they feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn. Your kindness has made a lasting impact on each of us.","fullyFundedDate":1778609679066,"projectUrl":"project/prize-box-goodies/10215476/","projectTitle":"Prize Box Goodies","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Urquijo","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp3957391_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1661955142861","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/jessie-felix"},{"teacherId":3957391,"projectId":9957552,"letterContent":"Receiving two *Little Minds at Work Science of Reading* toolkits has had a meaningful and immediate impact on our classroom instruction and student learning.
