The students have been so excited to have a calm corner, a new classroom rug, and reading materials. The kids have been enjoying their unique carpet spots on the classroom rug by sitting on a smile for classroom lessons. \r\n\r\nThe students and I opened the boxes together as they arrived at our school building. They were excited to see the packages arrive and opened the boxes as a whole class. They were able to help lay out the classroom rug and place the classroom materials, where they belong in our classroom. \r\n\r\nThe students and I will continue to use the classroom materials donated until the end of the school year. I will create a new project for next year based on the needs of the students that I have.
