Students will design positive encouraging statements to make posters and collages to give each other encouragement during these trying times. They will design and create positive statements for other classmates. They will create and email the statements to me. I will approve and will cut out the design and mail it to the students. They will be like a telegram but words of encouragement (encouragegrams). Students need encouragement during these trying times. Having your peers encourage you gives you a sense of belonging and security. By supporting this project, you will allow students to give peer encouragement that can help with the social emotional aspect of feeling a sense of belonging and acceptance. Belonging is imperative to strong relationships that build strong character in our youth. Our youth of today need all the help that they can get to have strong character. Starting with our younger generations, this allows our students to grow and be productive citizens. Thank you for your support.
