Your generosity has made a real and lasting impact on my students and our daily learning experience.\r\n\r\nBecause of your thoughtful donations, our classroom is better equipped, more organized, and more engaging for every student who walks through the door. The headphones have been a game-changer—students can now focus during independent work and online learning without distractions, and it's made our learning environment so much more peaceful and productive.\r\n\r\nThe printer has made it possible to quickly and easily provide students with printed resources, extra practice sheets, and individualized materials right when they need them. This flexibility has helped me better support students at all levels and respond to their needs in the moment.\r\n\r\nThe addition of a clock may seem simple, but it has truly helped students develop responsibility and time management skills. They're more aware of our schedule and transitions, which has led to a smoother, more structured classroom environment.\r\n\r\nYour gift of stickers for rewards and markers has brought so much joy and color to our room. The stickers have been a wonderful motivator—students light up with pride when they earn one, and it reinforces the positive behavior and effort we strive for every day. The markers have also been an essential creative tool, allowing students to express their ideas, complete colorful projects, and participate more actively in class.\r\n\r\nIn addition to these specific items, your overall support has helped create a space where students feel cared for, valued, and motivated to learn. Each of these resources has already made a meaningful impact on both teaching and learning. The wobble chairs have allowed students who benefit from movement to remain engaged and focused during instruction, while the stools have improved small-group learning by creating a space where students can gather closely for collaboration and targeted support. The large paper has been used to create anchor charts that reinforce key concepts and serve as ongoing visual tools, supporting students' independence as learners. The addition of string lights has transformed our classroom into a calming and welcoming environment, and the storage bins have brought organization and accessibility, encouraging students to take responsibility for classroom materials.\r\n\r\nWhen students first entered the classroom and noticed these new additions, their excitement was evident. They were eager to try the wobble chairs and quickly found them both comfortable and helpful for staying on task. During a recent math lesson, students collaborated to create an anchor chart of problem-solving strategies on the large paper, which now serves as a reference point during independent practice. The storage bins have also supported smoother transitions, as students can now easily locate and return supplies. These moments highlight how the new resources have enhanced both classroom efficiency and student engagement.\r\n\r\nLooking forward, these resources will continue to support ongoing projects and instruction. In our upcoming literacy unit, for example, the stools and wobble chairs will play an important role in small-group rotations that focus on fluency and comprehension strategies. The large paper will be used to develop additional anchor charts to reinforce learning throughout the unit. Thanks to your generosity, my students now have a learning environment that is not only well-equipped but also more comfortable, organized, and conducive to meaningful engagement.","fullyFundedDate":1746785586367,"projectUrl":"project/building-a-bright-and-inspiring-classroo/9076143/","projectTitle":"Building a Bright and Inspiring Classroom for All Learners!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Jensen","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9586247_orig.jpg?crop=1216,1216,x0,y385&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1720476408619","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9586247"},{"teacherId":4209502,"projectId":9133544,"letterContent":"Thank you so very much for your donations that will allow us to give reading chairs to our young readers! The chairs for reading circles have created a cozy and inviting space where students love to gather and share stories. The baskets for small group rotations have helped us stay organized and made transitioning between activities so much smoother. And the headphones have been an absolute game-changer during individual computer time, allowing students to focus without distractions while working on personalized learning programs.\r\n\r\nOne specific project we've been working on is our weekly reading circles. With the new chairs, students feel more comfortable and engaged as they take turns reading aloud and discussing the story. It has fostered a sense of community and made reading time something they eagerly look forward to every week!\r\nWhen the students first saw the materials, their excitement was through the roof! One student sat in a reading circle chair and said, \"It's like we have our own little library now!\" Another student immediately grabbed a basket and started organizing books for their group rotation. The headphones were a huge hit too—students couldn't wait to test them out during computer time. Their gratitude and enthusiasm were heartwarming.\r\n\r\nRight now, we are using these resources to build strong reading and comprehension skills. In reading circles, students are diving into their favorite books and participating in group discussions, which help develop critical thinking and communication skills. During small group rotations, the baskets are helping us stay on track and organized as students tackle different activities like guided reading, writing practice, and hands-on literacy games. For individual computer time, the headphones allow students to fully immerse themselves in interactive programs that target their specific learning needs.\r\n\r\nThank you again for your incredible generosity. Stay charged is a Chromebook charging station that holds up to 30 Chromebooks while charging them all at once. This station was very important to receive because it allows us to charge the Chromebooks without having to either rotate all of the Chromebooks with manageable amount of chargers or having all the chargers set up with 30 sets of cords all over the place. Before the station, we had several power strips plugged in on the counter with chargers plugged in with all of the cords going ever other direction. It was a big mess and headache. Some days we found that a few Chromebooks didn't get rotated in to be charged. The charging station allows all Chromebooks to be charged at once while being organized and cords out of the way. We use the Chromebook every single day and we need to have them charged and ready to go. Having this charge station helps my students being ready to work and not have to wait to use a Chromebook. Obviously, my students will be able to grow their brains better and be more efficient. \r\n\r\nWhen we received the charging station, I allowed and guided my fourth grade students to put it all together. It took us about eight thirty minute sessions but well worth the time watching them with a hands on project read the directions, problem solve, and work together to accomplish the task of having their charging station built. They were very proud to build it! I also have students manage the station daily. At the end of each day, two students collect the class Chromebooks to put them away in the charging station. This allows them to be ready for the following day to be used so they can learn. We have a system in place where each spot on the station is numbered along it's charging cord. There is a list of the students with their name and number to match up if one hasn't been turned in or is missing. It is very organized and kid friendly. Thank you once again for your kind and generous funding of our project.","fullyFundedDate":1727462894046,"projectUrl":"project/staying-charged/8574514/","projectTitle":"Staying Charged","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Trivisonno","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9632481"},{"teacherId":9237739,"projectId":8575275,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for helping our students with speech and language needs.
